  • Normally used as a connection to the output side of a RO System to prevent reverse flow of water back to the Membrane.

    Isolation from Back Pressure:

     

    The check valve isolates the RO membrane from the back pressure generated by the water stored in the tank. Without this valve, pressure from the tank could interfere with the proper function of the membrane, potentially causing damage

     

    Prevents Water Waste:

     

    When the storage tank is full, the check valve helps the system shut off the water flow, preventing excess water from continuing to flow through the system and being wasted.

    Shutoff Mechanism:

     

    The valve provides a solid barrier for the shutoff valve to press against, ensuring that when the tank reaches its full capacity, the system properly halts water production.
