- Unused Systems: If your system is returned unused, unopened, and with filters in their original condition, you will receive a full refund upon receipt of the undamaged system.
- Used Systems: If the system is returned used and not defective, or if the filter packaging has been opened, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be processed once we receive the undamaged system.
- Defective Merchandise: If the merchandise is defective, you will receive a full refund upon receipt of the defective product in undamaged condition.
Commercial Systems:
- Custom-Built Systems: Sparta Home Solution’s commercial reverse osmosis systems are custom-built with specific parts and options tailored to each order. Due to their unique nature, these systems cannot be restocked.
- Non-Refundable: Commercial systems that have been used or custom-built are non-refundable.
