Return Process:

 

• Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your product for a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
• Refund Conditions:
• Unused Systems: If your system is returned unused, unopened, and with filters in their original condition, you will receive a full refund upon receipt of the undamaged system.
• Used Systems: If the system is returned used and not defective, or if the filter packaging has been opened, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be processed once we receive the undamaged system.
• Defective Merchandise: If the merchandise is defective, you will receive a full refund upon receipt of the defective product in undamaged condition.

 

Commercial Systems:

 

• Custom-Built Systems: Sparta Home Solution’s commercial reverse osmosis systems are custom-built with specific parts and options tailored to each order. Due to their unique nature, these systems cannot be restocked.
• Non-Refundable: Commercial systems that have been used or custom-built are non-refundable.

• Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is securely packed and includes all original packaging and components. For used items, be aware of the restocking fee.
